Tuition is charged monthly, September through May. September tuition is due at time of registration. There is an annual registration fee of $25 per student, also due at time of registration. Note - registration fee does not apply to adult fitness and toddler classes that run in sessions.
Monthly Tuition Rates Some class times have been shortened by 5 minutes for the 2020-2021 season to allow for cleaning.
Performances and Fees
Dance is a performance art, and we provide two opportunities for students to showcase their talents throughout the season.
Winter Showcase: Our Winter Showcase is held in early December. Many costume items are provided by the studio, with minimal requirements (such as a plain leotard) supplied by families. Combo classes perform one routine in one dance style. There is a performance fee of $40 per dancer for the winter show, which includes a commemorative t-shirt and professional performance videos. This fee will be automatically charged October 15th. 2020Winter Showcase Date: December 12
Spring Recitals: Our annual spring recital is a professional production with full costumes. Dancers perform all styles of dance included in their class. Ballet, Tap & Jazz combo classes perform all styles with three routines and two costumes. Costume fees will be charged on November 15th. There is a performance fee of $40 per dancer for spring recitals, which includes a t-shirt and professional performance videos. The spring fee will be charged February 15th. Spring Recitals are held in late May or early June. 2020 Spring Recital Dates: May 21 & 22 (tentative)
Tuition is due on the first class of each month, September through May, regardless of absence. September tuition is due at time of registration to ensure placement. Tuition has been prorated and is the same regardless of how many classes are held in a month.
You may choose to have your credit card charged each month or pay by check. Most families choose to keep a credit card on file for automatic withdrawal each month. Online registration requires a credit card, and you will be automatically enrolled in monthly payments unless you indicate that you would like to pay via check.
Note: If paying by check, write student’s name and class on memo line and deposit in payment box at studio.
No invoices will be sent out. Late payments will incur a $15 charge per instance. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dancers with overdue accounts may not be allowed to participate in class.
In the event of studio closing due to COVID-19, classes will be held in a virtual format.
Cancellation: If you choose to discontinue lessons, a 30 day advance written notice is required, and all scheduled fees before and during the 30 day period are non-refundable.
Multiple Class Discount: First 3 classes per dancer are full price. Each additional class is 50% off. Not transferable or sharable.
Sibling Discount: 10% discount for siblings (up to 3 classes per sibling, not in addition to multiple class discount).
Annual tuition: Pay for the entire year upfront to receive a 5% discount off of the tuition if paid in full at time of registration. Discount does not apply to multiple class discount, registration fee or costume fees.
NOTE: Policies and tuition listed below are for our school year programs, September - May. Summer classes, camps, special events and adult classes do not require a registration fee and are priced for the entire class or session.
Costume fees are due November 15th. Fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
